Q: Can I return the cover if it doesn't fit?

​

A. Yes, of course you can, it's within your consumer rights. Exchanges must be requested within 7 working days from the day after you have received the cover. In accordance with the distance selling directive maintained and upheld by trading standards. The cover must be returned in original packaging.  All cover stickers and tags MUST be in place.  If you are not sure on size do not remove them, if they have been removed the cover will be returned and no exchange or refund will be offered.  This does not affect your statutory rights. As indicated on our website, bespoke hand tailored covers cannot be returned. You will have been asked to confirm and reconfirm several times during the checkout process the details which you are submitting. You will have also been asked to confirm that you understand this is our policy on bespoke tailored goods.

Cover exchanges will be arranged, collected and re-dispatched free of charge by our couriers as long as the above conditions are met.  Please do not return products without our authorisation as these postal costs will not be met.

Please note all returned covers are never resold.

Q How much does it cost to deliver

​

A. All P & P costs are indicated clearly in the shopping cart during the purchase process, Just select country for delivery and you will get the cost added to your order.

Q. Where do you deliver?

​

A. We deliver anywhere in the world, just select the country you want your cover delivered to and we will show any additional costs through out the order process.

Q. How long will my order take

A. We aim to deliver your order within 1-2 working days for stock items and 21-28 working days for custom items or slightly later during really busy periods like Xmas. All of our covers are hand made to the exact pattern of the car model you have chosen. Although we hold a lot of stock we can not keep every size and colour so if you need your cover urgently please email or call us and we will check our queue of goods to ship and it may be possible to get it to you earlier.

Q Do you price match?

​

A: Yes. Show us a CHEAPER PRICE on the same type of  product and we'll beat it by 10%.  All we need is proof via a link of the item you have seen with the price and postage from the competitors site added together. Note, price match applies to pre-cover purchase, we do not go down the route of price match after purchase.

Q: What colours are the covers and can I have a logo?

 

A: All colours and logo options are available to select on our product pages. Simply click your car brand and model and follow the online instructions. 

​

Q: Are all of the outdoor car covers breathable?


A:: Yes, totally waterproof and breathable material and also great in high temperatures.

​

Q: Do the OUTDOOR COVERS cover’s have a soft internal lining?


A: Yes, the fabrics have been developed with a soft, fleecy style  non-abrasive backing that has been specifically designed to be gentle to paint and bodywork. Our quality assurance team check every cover before it leaves our facility, ensuring that  high standards are maintained.

Q: What kind of guarantee do I get?


A: There is a 12 month manufacturers guarantee on all of our covers As long as the car cover is not subject to intense engine or exhaust heat damage.


Q: Can the cover be put on a wet car?


A : Yes, you can fit our outdoor covers onto a wet car and moisture will permeate through the cover. However, your car should be clean before it is fitted.

Q: Standard and FASTTRACK Delivery?
A : Every single car cover is hand made to order (call 0191 4862686 for details) so we say allow up to 1-2 days for stock covers and 21-28 days for custom bespoke orders to be manufactured and delivered via our couriers. We do offer an expedited delivery service at checkout, known as FASTTRACK. If you pay for a FASTTRACK order on a 7 day or 14 day delivery

this will be dispatched to you within the 7 working day or 14 working day FASTTRACK product you have purchased. Please note that all FASTTRACK orders are classed as in the system on the day of purchase if submitted by 12 o'clock noon of the order day. If submitted after this time, the delivery period will begin from the next day.

Q: If a cover for my car  or classic car is not shown on your website what shall I do?

Q: Does the cover have a storage bag?

​

A: Yes, each cover comes with its own car cover bag storage bag as standard.

​

Q: I live outside the UK, can I still order a cover?


A: Yes, Our shopping cart displays the price in UK pounds so simply convert the price to your own currency. We offer a worldwide delivery service. You must select the country you reside in during checkout and this will add the postage costs to your order. Q: I still have some more questions, can you help me?
